MEN1 syndrome – Data from a single referral center

Introduction: The clinical presentation in multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) varies among patients, from asymptomatic to significant morbidity depending on the organs affected and the hypersecretion of hormones.
Aim(s): To study the clinical manifestations in MEN1 patients, and the possible contribution of several parameters to higher rates of tumor occurrence.
Materials and methods: We analysed the data of 81 patients with clinical manifestations of MEN1, followed at EKPA-LAIKO ENETS CoE.
