Mini invasive pancreatectomy for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours: Current state of management in France
#4633
Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) accounts for 2% of pancreatic tumours and their management is challenging. Surgery is the most radical treatment, but for small lesions, parenchyma sparing techniques are also used.
Aim(s): The aim of this study was to evaluate peri-operative outcome of laparoscopically operated NETs in France and the heterogeneity in their management.
Materials and methods: Clinical data from patients (≥18 years) operated for NETs with laparoscopic or robotic approach in 53 French centres from 2009 to 2022 were retrospectively collected.
