Introduction: Mixed NEN-non-neuroendocrine tumor (MiNEN) is a rare tumor with limited understanding of its clinical and pathological features.

Aim(s): To explore the clinicopathological features of MiNEN in the digestive system.

Materials and methods: The clinicopathological data of 70 cases of MiNEN diagnosed were retrospectively analysed.
