Molecular biological mechanisms of Qizhen Yiliu decoction (QZYL) for treatment of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) integrated network pharmacology

#3802

Introduction: Our previous studies indicated that the Chinese medicine compound QZYL could prolong the postoperative recurrence-free survival of patients with pNETs as adjuvant therapy, but the molecular biological mechanism of its action is still unclear.

Aim(s): To investigate the core chemical composition of QZYL and to predict its molecular biological mechanism in the treatment of pNETs.

Materials and methods: LC-MS was used for the analysis of the chemical composition of the QZYL, and the protein-protein interaction network was constructed by target genes co-related to chemical composition and pNETs collected in databases like TCMSP, Genecards, etc. The molecular docking models were used to validate the interactions of key chemical components with core targets.
