Molecular profiling and target actionability for precision medicine in neuroendocrine neoplasms: The Gustave Roussy experience

#3530

Introduction: Key molecular alterations (MA) of neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) of various grade/primaries have been described but the applicability of molecular profiling (MP) for precision medicine (PM) in NEN remains to be demonstrated.

Aim(s): To describe MP of metastatic NEN for precision medicine.

Materials and methods: A monocentric retrospective study of all patients (pts) with a metastatic NEN who had a MP. Primary endpoint was to evaluate MA according to ESMO Scale for Clinical Actionability of molecular Targets (ESCAT) and the number of patients who received a personalized-treatment (PT).
