Introduction: GEJ-NEN is mostly poorly differentiated NEC with poor prognosis.

Aim(s): This study was to analyze the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of Chinese patients with GEJ-NEN.

Materials and methods: The clinicopathological data of 205 patients with GEJ-NEN from 9 centers were retrospectively analyzed.
