Introduction: Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) is a genetic disorder involving mainly parathyroid, pituitary and pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs)

Aim(s): The description of staging, grading, primary lesion, presence of functional syndrome, metastatic foci, therapeutic management and outcome of their pNENs

Materials and methods: 47 patients with MEN1 [26 males; 45(15-67) years) have been observed from 2004 to 2016.
