NEN Skeletal Metastasis Performance and the Correlation with Cell Proliferation: 112 Cases of 68Ga-DOTA-TATE Results Analysis
#2791
Introduction: 68Ga-DOTA-TATE PET/CT plays an important role in neuroendocrine neoplasm(NEN)diagnosis and biological charecteristcs evaluation.Skeleton is the second common metastatic organ in NEN after liver and it affects the quality of patient’s life.
Aim(s): To analyze NEN skeletal metastasis 68Ga-DOTA-TATE performances and explore the correlation with cell proliferation index(Ki-67).
Materials and methods: 112 cases(71 males,41 females,age:20-79 years)with skeletal metastases were screened from 1082 NEN patients who underwent 68Ga-DOTA-TATE imaging. All these cases had pathological results and bone metastases were affirmed by other imaging modalities or follow-up.The SUVmax ratio of bone metastasis to normal bone generated from each patient was used in the final analysis.
