Neoadjuvant treatment in locally advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor G3

Introduction: Bordeline or locally advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors are potentially resectable in selected cases. The role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy has not been established, and there are published only few small studies dealing with this issue.
Aim(s): We presented a case of 62-years old patient with locally advanced tumor of the body and the tail of the pancreas, distant metastases in the lymp nodes, histologically well diferentiated tumor G3.
Materials and methods: Clinical case report with description of treatment and subsequent multidisciplinary approach.
