Network pharmacology-based elucidation of molecular biological mechanisms of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction for treatment of neuroendocrine neoplasms
#3295
Introduction: Chinese medicine is the complementary treatment to neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENS). In our previous studies, we found that Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine can prolong the overall survival of patients with neuroendocrine tumors and prevent postoperative recurrence.
Aim(s): To explore the mechanism of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of neuroendocrine neoplasms based on network pharmacology and molecular docking.
Materials and methods: TCMSP database was used to obtain the chemical components and corresponding target genes of traditional Chinese medicine contained in Yiqi Jianpi Decoction. Genecards, OMIM, PharmGKB, TTD and Drugbank databases were searched to obtain NENs related target genes. The network of compound acting target disease of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction was constructed by Cytoscape 3.8.0; The predicted target genes of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction acting on NENS were analysed by using string database.
