Introduction: PTNE represent 5% of pancreatic tumors, their incidence: 1 / 100,000 (10-30% of MEN cases). Surgery is the only curative treatment.

Aim(s): This retrospective unicentric study presents 23 cases of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors during the period of January 2013 and June 2022.
