NGS in G1-G2 pancreatic NETs – Data collection at University Hospital of Verona

#3895

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) are known to have few druggable gene alterations. One possible area of interest concerns the possibility of giving better biological connotations to the >10% subgroup.

Aim(s): NGS aims to make biological insights in G1-G2 pNETs.

Materials and methods: We genomically analysed 27 tumor samples and retrospectively collected patients (pts) clinical data. NGS was performed by either FoundationONE® CDx (CDx) or in-house assay.
