Outcomes of upfront treatment with mFOLFIRINOX regimen in G3 GEP-NENs: A monocentric retrospective experience

Introduction: To date outcomes of standard chemotherapy are not homogeneous in different subgroups of G3 GEP-NENs and remain unsatisfactory and poor; new therapeutic options are desirable in this setting.

Aim(s): Evaluation of clinical outcomes in G3 GEP-NENs treated upfront with mFOLFIRINOX chemotherapy regimen.

Materials and methods: We included 22 patients (pts) affected by G3 GEP-NENs not amenable for surgery. All pts underwent mFOLFIRINOX chemotherapy regimen. Outcomes were assessed according to Recist 1.1 criteria.
