Introduction: The 2012 MEN1 Clinical Practice Guidelines were based on expert opinion with limited evidence, leaving room for interpretation and variation in practices.

Aim(s): To gain insight into the practice of screening and surveillance for MEN1-related pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PanNEN) in ENETS Centers of Excellence (CoE).

Materials and methods: Questionnaire study by the ENETS MEN1 Task Force among all CoEs (n=65).
