Prognostic and therapeutic role of a novel genomic subtyping of target gene sequencing on gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma
#3657
Introduction: Despite of emerging genomic discoveries, no optimal management for gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine carcinoma (GEPNEC) were found.
Aim(s): We sought to investigate genomic subtyping using tumor DNA in GEPNEC to reveal its potential prognostic and predictive value.
Materials and methods: Driver genes were identified using target-sequencing sequencing to classify patients by primary sites and genomic features.
