Prognostic Value of Histophathological Features of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

#1004

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are rare neoplasms. NETs are clinically diverse and can be divided into functioning and non-functioning tumors.

Aim(s): To assess the clinical relevance about histophathological characteristics related to disease-free survival and total survival.

Materials and methods: Data from 26 consecutive NET patients who received surgical intervention in our center between 2009 and 2013 were collected and analyzed. Dates about overall histophathological and survival were analyzed.
