Introduction: Pulmonary Neuroendocrine Tumors (NET) constitute a complex group of diseases with varied clinical manifestations and no definitive diagnostic and treatment guidelines.

Aim(s): To study epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of pulmonary NET in India.

Materials and methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis of 37 patients with pulmonary NET who were treated and followed up for 10 years in a single Thoracic Oncology division. We analyzed presenting symptoms, imaging results, histological grading, and treatment approaches.
