Rapidly growing Adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder to neuroendocrine carcinoma of the gallbladder: A case report

Introduction: Gallbladder neuroendocrine carcinomas are rare tumors with a prognosis poorer than that of other gallbladder carcinomas. These tumors are often detected late and are difficult to treat.
Aim(s): Adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder is a hyperplastic cholecystosis of the gallbladder wall. It is a relatively common and benign cause of but can trasorming to neuroendocrin tumor.
Materials and methods: We present the case of a 68-year-old woman with liver metastatic and indetermine primitive tumor ademyosis bladder small-cell gallbladder neuroendocrine carcinoma.
