Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasms arise from endocrine cells throughout the body, primary tumour may be localised in various organs. Neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) is very aggressive form of these tumours with survival limited usually to a few months despite oncological treatment.

Aim(s): Determining potential of radical radiation therapy in NEC.

Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis of medical history.
