Single-cell transcriptomic landscape indicates the potential role of immunotherapy in metastatic pancreatic angiosarcoma

#4543

Introduction: Pancreatic angiosarcoma is a rare and highly aggressive tumour originated from lymphatic or vascular endothelial cells, with poor prognosis and few effective treatments. However, little is known about its tumour microenvironment and the mechanisms of its progression.

Aim(s): In this study, we aimed to explore the tumour ecosystem and the possible effective treatment to pancreatic angiosarcoma liver metastasis.

Materials and methods: Single-cell RNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis were performed on samples obtained from one patient, including totally 16,841 cells from pancreatic angiosarcoma liver metastasis and adjacent normal liver tissue.
