Introduction: Management of ZES in MEN1 remains controversial, and little is known about the current surgical strategies and outcomes.

Aim(s): To describe the surgical indications and procedures performed in patients with Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (ZES) due to multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) in a large nationwide cohort.

Materials and methods: The study population included all patients with ZES identified through the MEN1 GTE network (Groupe d'étude des Tumeurs Endocrines) and diagnosed after 1984.
