The deadly connection: Liver metastasis and prognostic factors in SCLC
#4344
Introduction: Patients with liver metastasis of small cell lung cancer (SCLC-LM) have a poor prognosis due to rapid recurrence and progression.
Aim(s): We aimed to identify clinical prognostic factors and explore the potential molecular mechanisms related to LM in SCLC.
Materials and methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on a cohort of patients diagnosed with SCLC. Prognostic factors associated with SCLC-LM patients were determined through the Kaplan-Meier curve and COX regression analyses. TCGA and GEO datasets were analysed by R software.
