Therapeutic Sequences in Patients with G1-G2 Neuroendocrine Tumors (NETs): An Observational, Multicentre, Prospective/Retrospective Study

#2194

Introduction: Many different therapies are suggested by guidelines to treat loco-regionally advanced or metastatic G1-G2 neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). However, a precise therapeutic algorithm has not yet been established.

Aim(s): This study aims at investigating the efficacy of different therapeutic sequences in a homogeneous population of G1-G2 NETs.

Materials and methods: An observational Italian multicentre study was designed to collect data on therapeutic sequences in patients with gastroenteropancreatic or thoracic NETs, admitted between 01/01/2011 and 31/07/2016. Both retrospective and prospective data were considered. For each sequence, PFS was evaluated from the beginning of the first line of therapy to the last progression according to RECIST 1.1.
