Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are a group of heterogeneous and rare malignant tumors originating from peptidergic neurons and neuroendocrine cells. Gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma (G-NEC) belongs to type 4, which is highly malignant and has an extremely poor prognosis.
Aim(s): To investigate the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of G-NEC patients without distant metastasis.
Materials and methods: The clinical data of 157 patients with G-NEC without distant metastasis were retrospectively analysed, and SPSS software was used for data analysis.
