Treatment outcomes of patients with G3 neuroendocrine neoplasms - Data from the German NET Registry

Introduction: NEN G3 comprise a heterogeneous group of rare aggressive neoplasm with few established treatment options.

Aim(s): To analyse real world treatment data and prognostic factors of a large cohort of NEN G3 patients from the German NET Registry.

Materials and methods: NEN G3 patients were identified within the German NET Registry and data on treatment and follow up were updated. In addition to descriptive data, analysis of median overall survival (mOS) was performed using the Kaplan-Meier-method.
