Type 1 gastric neuroendocrine tumors (g-NETs) with vitamin B12 deficiency-caused nerve function damage – A case Report

Introduction: Patients with type 1 g-NETs frequently experience VitB12 deficiency as a result of autoimmune gastritis. VitB12 deficiency infrequently leads to neurological symptoms. Unfortunately, the delay in diagnosing this condition often results in prolonged suffering and increased financial burden for the patients.
Aim(s): To present a case of type 1 g-NETs with VitB12 deficiency-caused nerve function damage.
Materials and methods: Clinical case report describing diagnosis and management experience.
