Introduction: Metastasized gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETS) in paediatric patients

Aim(s): The utility of SSTR radioligands in paediatric GEP-NETs.

Materials and methods: Two 9 yo male pts with G2 gastric (patient A) and G2 pancreatic (patient B) NET were imaged with 68Ga DOTA PET/CT and treated with 4 and 2 cycles 177Lu DOTATATE respectively at 10-12 week intervals. Histopathology, imaging and PRRT results were evaluated.
