Introduction: RGETNE national NEN Registry comprises 74 hospitals from all regions of Spain.

Aim(s): To present an updated report on epidemiology, clinico-pathological features, patterns of care and clinical outcome of a series of 358 G3 GEP-NEN patients diagnosed since 2000

Materials and methods: Data was provided online (http://www.rgetne.net) by investigators and assessed for internal consistency by external independent reviewers. On-site data monitoring/audit was performed in top recruiting centres.
