ENETS Database Grant for Level II & III Studies

ENETS will offer up to three grants in 2025 to support statistical analyses and/or programming for level II & III studies in the ENETS Database (DB).

Objective:

The ENETS DB Grant for Level II & III studies is designed to:

  • Encourage the use of the ENETS Database, particularly for new level II & III studies
  • Support collaborative research among ENETS Centers of Excellence (CoE)
  • Provide Principal Investigators (PIs) of level II & III studies with financial support for conducting statistical analyses and/or programming missing items.

Grant Details:

  • Funding amount: up to €10,000 (per project and PI)
  • Application deadline: 18 December 2025 (23:59 CET)
  • Notification of outcome: 15 February 2026

Application Process:

An open call is currently running from 1 August to 18 December 2025. Applications must be submitted via the official ENETS website. Submissions by email will not be accepted. The call is being promoted through the ENETS website, ENETS newsletters, and ENETS social media channels.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Approved level II or III study/project
  • Principle Investigator (PI) is a member of an ENETS CoE

Application Requirement:

Principle Investigators must submit

  • a completed application form (available at the bottom of this webpage under the "Downloads" section)
  • a detailed budget plan, including a rationale for the proposed allocation of funds and information on any co-funding or additional resources.

Important note: PIs may submit only one application per year.

Evaluation Process:

Applications will be reviewed by the ENETS DB Core Group and approved by the ENETS Executive Committee. The ENETS Office will check all applications for quality and completeness prior to evaluation.

Funding and Budget Allocation:

Funding may cover:

  • Programming costs for missing Level III items in the ENETS DB
  • Time-related costs for statistical analyses and quality control of patient data entered in level II and III studies.
