JNE reaches Impact Factor 5.0

ENETS is proud to announce that the Impact Factor of the Journal of Neuroendocrinology (JNE) has increased yet again, from 4.1 to 5.0, as announced by Clarivate on 17 June.

This moves JNE up to 48th position in the Endocrinology & Metabolism category and 69th in Neurosciences – both quartile 1. JNE is now well ahead of Neuroendocrinology (2.4), Journal of Neuroscience (4.3), and Endocrinology (3.8). The CiteScore has also increased to 9.

Recognising the Editorial Team

This achievement is a testament to the outstanding work of editors past and present, including Professor Wouter de Herder, Dr Kristi Alexandraki, Professor Mike Lehman, Professor Bob Goodman, Professor Julian Mercer, and Professor Bob Millar. Together with their editorial teams, these outstanding scientists have helped position JNE among the leading journals in the field.
