Dr. Gregory Kaltsas, ΜD FRCP (Lon), is a Professor in General Medicine-Endocrinology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He was trained in General Medicine and Endocrinology in the UK and served as a Senior Registrar at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, London, UK, where he developed an interest in neuroendocrinology (pituitary and neuroendocrine tumours). He currently runs the European Neuroendocrine Tumour Society (ENETS) Center of Excellence and EURACAN 4 Center in Athens, Greece. He has served as a member of the ENETS Advisory Board and joined the ENETS Executive Committee in March 2025. He has also been a past member of the Executive Committees of the European Neuroendocrine Association (ENEA) and of the International Society of Endocrinology (ISE). He is currently the Chair of the Educative Committee of the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE). He has published many original articles, reviews and book chapters and serves on the editorial boards and as an associate editor in several international endocrine journals.
