Anela Blazevic is a clinical endocrinologist at Erasmus MC, Rotterdam, specializing in neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). Her research focuses on discovering novel biomarkers and treatments for functional gastroenteropancreatic NETs and mesenteric fibrosis, using a bedside-to-bench approach. Currently, she applies innovative machine learning methods to data from the Rotterdam NET and PRRT biobank to better understand tumor biology and treatment response.
