María San Román Gil 

I am a Medical Oncology Consultant at Hospital Universitario 12 de Octubre (Madrid, Spain), member of the Gastrointestinal and Neuroendocrine Tumors Research Group (imas12), and PhD candidate. My clinical and research focus is on gastrointestinal and neuroendocrine neoplasms, particularly molecular characterization and predictive biomarkers. I have participated in national and international research initiatives and contributed to more than 20 peer-reviewed publications. My work, supported by grants from ENETS, GETNE, and AECC, aims to integrate molecular and clinicopathological data to improve the management of neuroendocrine neoplasms.
