#4309 Head-to-head comparison of 18F-AIF-NOTA-octreotide and 68Ga-DOTA-TATE PET/CT in patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms

Introduction: 18F-AIF-NOTA-octreotide (F-Oc) is a radiolabelled SSA emerging as a potential alternative to 68Ga-DOTATATE (Ga-DT) due to logistical advantages. Recent studies indicate that F-Oc has comparable diagnostic accuracy to Ga-DT in neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) and, in some cases, can identify a greater number of lesions.
