#3609 Interest of systematic resection of the visible scar, after incomplete endoscopic resection of rectal neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Rectal Neuroendocrine tumors (r-NET) can often be misidentified as diminutive polyps, leading to inappropriate resection technique. When the initial resection is not R0, the persistence of a local residue could lead to a disease recurrence.
