Introduction: The concept of surgical centralization is more and more generalized for specific surgical procedure. Small intestinal (SI) neuroendocrine tumor (NET) surgical resection is well standardized and is the cornerstone of the curative care.

#3710 Morphological response on mesenteric mass of small intestinal neuroendocrine tumors treated by 177Lu-DOTATATE: MESENLUTH – A GTE-ENDOCAN study

Introduction: Small intestinal neuroendocrine tumors (SI-NETs) often metastasize, especially to mesenteric lymph nodes, which are frequently affected by fibrosis reactions due to local serotonin secretion. Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) with177Lu-Dotatate has shown its efficacy in the treatment of progressive SI-NETs.

Introduction: Grade 3 (G3) gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) are rare diseases with a poor prognosis. FOLFIRINEC is a multicenter comparative phase II study of mFOLFIRINOX vs platinum-etoposide (PE) as first line treatment for metastatic G3 NEC of GEP or unknown origin.

#501 FOLFOX Regimen for Clinically Aggressive Neuroendocrine Tumors: About one Case

Introduction: The treatment for progressive metastatic well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors is based on adriamycin and streptozotocin chemotherapy, which achieves more than 60% tumor regression. However, severe adverse effects are common.
