#4643 Characterisation of patients with progressive digestive NET during PRRT (LUTA-CHEC): A multicentre study from the Groupe des Tumeurs Endocrines

Introduction: PRRT with 177Lu-DOTATATE is a major treatment for metastatic digestive NETs. Most patients have prolonged progression-free survival, but around 20% experience early progression.

Introduction: 177Lu-DOTATATE is a standard treatment for neuroendocrine tumours. Grade 3/4 hematologic toxicity affects about 5-10% of patients, with a 2-4% risk of secondary malignant hematologic disorders.

Introduction: Small intestinal neuroendocrine tumors (SI-NETs) often metastasize, especially to mesenteric lymph nodes, which are frequently affected by fibrosis reactions due to local serotonin secretion. Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) with177Lu-Dotatate has shown its efficacy in the treatment of progressive SI-NETs.
