#4360 Real-world practice patterns of 177Lu-DOTATATE in neuroendocrine tumours: A GTE national survey

Introduction: 177Lu-DOTATATE is a standard treatment for neuroendocrine tumours. Grade 3/4 hematologic toxicity affects about 5-10% of patients, with a 2-4% risk of secondary malignant hematologic disorders.

#1375 Merkel Cell Carcinoma of the Knee Treated with Somatostatin Analogue and Radiotherapy: A Case Report

Introduction: Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is a rare and aggressive primary cutaneous neuroendocrine malignancy. Chemotherapy with cisplatin (CDDP) and etoposide (VP16) is an effective treatment for metastatic MCC.

#612 Serotonin in Blood: Assessment of its Origin by Concomitant Determination of β-Thromboglobulin (platelets) and Chromogranin A (enterochromaffin cells)

Introduction: Serotonin is produced in enterochromaffin (EC) cells, taken up and stored in platelets and released during platelet activation. Measurement of platelet-poor plasma serotonin is difficult, mainly due to platelet activation during blood sampling.
