#4614 Rare diagnosis of intrapancreatic accessory spleen mimicking PanNET
Introduction: A 44-year-old woman with hypertension and an autoimmune thyroid disease. With a positive family history of pancreatic and oesophageal cancer. Referred to our clinic for an incidental finding of a tumour in the tail of the pancreas on abdominal ultrasound by a surgeon.

Introduction: Accurate contouring for [68Ga]DOTATATE PET in NEN is challenging due to differing physiological uptake for the liver, spleen and other organs. This poses a significant problem for absolute thresholding algorithms using a single threshold, even if the threshold is based on liver uptake (as suggested for FDG PET by PERCIST). Improved contouring of PET to measure [68Ga]DOTATATE-avid tumour volume could help clinical translation of this potential biomarker.

#4324 The diagnostic and prognostic value of 68Ga-DOTANOC and 18F-FDG PET/CT for thymic carcinoids
Introduction: Thymic carcinoid (ThC) is an extremely rare type of neuroendocrine tumour. There is insufficient evidence to evaluate ThC using 68Ga-DOTANOC and 18F-FDG PET/CT.

#4214 Splenic metastases in the course of neuroendocrine tumors – Are they really that uncommon?
Introduction: Splenic metastases are described as exceptional in the literature. Their frequency is low regardless of the type of neoplasm. In the course of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), spleen involvement seems infrequent too. There is only a limited number of case reports of such presentation.
