#4374 Efficacy and safety of immunotherapy combined with antiangiogenesis agents and temozolomide in neuroendocrine carcinoma

Introduction: Platinum-based doublet chemotherapy is the standard first-line treatment, without standard treatment for second-line or subsequent systemic therapy for recurrent or progressive advanced neuroendocrine cancer (NEC).

Conference:

Presenting Author:

Authors: Li X, Yang M, Fan Q, Song L,

Keywords: Neuroendocrine carcinoma, Immunotherapy, Antiangiogenesis agents, Temozolomide,

#4369 The predictive value of 68Ga-DOTANOC, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG PET/CT in patients with paragangliomas

Introduction: Paragangliomas (PGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumours with variable clinical outcomes. Early identification of prognostic markers is essential for effective disease management. PET/CT imaging with 68Ga-DOTANOC, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG offers unique insights into tumour biology, respectively.

Keywords: PET/CT, paraganglioma, prognosis,

#4327 Metastatic non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour with transformation to insulinoma shown on 68Ga-Exendin-4 PET/CT

Introduction: 68Ga-exendin-4 PET/CT imaging has been utilised for benign insulinomas. However, some reports demonstrated the absence of GLP-1R expression of malignant insulinomas.

Authors: Gao J, Xu J, Liang Y, Chen J, Song S,

Keywords: pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour, PET/CT, insulinoma, 68Ga-exendin-4,

#4324 The diagnostic and prognostic value of 68Ga-DOTANOC and 18F-FDG PET/CT for thymic carcinoids

Introduction: Thymic carcinoid (ThC) is an extremely rare type of neuroendocrine tumour. There is insufficient evidence to evaluate ThC using 68Ga-DOTANOC and 18F-FDG PET/CT.

Keywords: SSTR, FDG, PET/CT, thymic carcinoid,

#4323 The value of 68Ga-Exendin-4 PET/CT for benign and metastatic insulinoma

Introduction: Insulinoma is the most common functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour which is difficult to locate by conventional imaging. 68Ga-exendin-4 PET/CT is a promising technique for detecting benign insulinomas but is not definite for metastatic insulinomas.
