#4571 Characterisation and prognostic impact of carcinoid syndrome in bronchial neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Metastatic bronchial neuroendocrine tumours (MBNET) are associated with carcinoid syndrome in 10 to 40% of cases. Characteristics of carcinoid heart disease (CHD) are poorly described.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Baudin E

Authors: Hescot S, Marret G, Hadoux J, Laboureau S, Haissaguerre M,

Keywords: bronchial NET, carcinoid syndrome, 5HIAA, carcinoid heart disease,

#3420 Etoposide-based rechallenge and second/third line treatments in patients with metastatic neuroendocrine carcinoma: Results from the multicenter RBNEC study of the Groupe d’Etude des Tumeurs Endocrines (GTE) and the ENDOCAN-RENATEN network

Introduction: Neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) are aggressive malignant diseases. Etoposide-based rechallenge (EBR) and the prognostic role of Rb status in second-line (SL) have not been studied.

#3136 Prognosis and the role of Rb expression in metastatic grade 3 neuroendocrine carcinoma (G3NEC), results from the multicenter retrospective RbNEC study

Introduction: Rb has been suggested to be a predictive/prognostic factor in G3NEC in which platinum etoposide (PE) is the first line treatment whatever primary.
