Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) have been regarded as rare neoplasms; however, global incidence has been steadily increasing. Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), a relatively genetically isolated entity with a prevalent founder effect, is of particular interest when considering these malignancies.
