#4585 Short-term observation of liver transplantation combined with multidisciplinary integrated treatment of liver metastases from neuroendocrine tumours beyond the Milan criteria

Introduction: The continuous progress of comprehensive treatment enables neuroendocrine tumour liver metastasis (NENLM) that meets Milan criteria to achieve longer survival without liver transplantation (LT). LT often faces high tumour burden, while comprehensive treatment also brings new opportunities for recurrence.

#4580 Improving diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumours using large language models

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) are a heterogeneous group of cancers that can be difficult to diagnose due to their variable clinical presentation and non-specific symptoms. Accurate diagnosis often requires integrating a wide range of clinical, radiological, and pathological information. Large language models (LLMs) have shown promise in processing and understanding complex medical text, making them a valuable tool for improving diagnostic accuracy in oncology.

#4564 Vasculogenic mimicry in neuroendocrine tumour across different primary sites

Introduction: Anti-angiogenesis treatments targeting VEGFRs, including Surufatinib and Cabozantinib, etc. showed better efficacy for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NET) than NET of other primary sites. Recent clinical trial targeting tumour necrosis factor receptor-associated protein-1, leading to inhibition of vasculogenic mimicry (VM) showed contrary results to current VEGFRs-targeted treatments. However, VM of NET across different primary sites are yet to be understood.
