#2958 The Blood-based Multigenomic NETest Accurately Identifies Neuroendocrine Transformed Prostate Cancer

Introduction: Neuroendocrine differentiation and an aggressive phenotype is an important feature of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Current biomarkers are unable to detect these advanced, treatment refractory variants.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: Modlin I

Authors: Modlin I, Kidd M, Rahbar K, Malczewska A, Rajwa P,

Keywords: Biomarker, NETest, PSA, prostate cancer, neuroendocrine phenotype, castration-resistance, neuroendocrine,

#2913 The Predictive Value of Neuroendocrine Transcript Analysis in Daily Practice: An Independent ‘Real-World’ Validation Study

Introduction: Assessment of disease status remains the fundamental basis in the management of gastro-entero-pancreatic neuro-endocrine tumors (GEPNETs). Circulating molecular information might be used as a liquid biopsy to predict its clinical course.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: van Treijen M

Authors: van Treijen M, van der Zee D, Heeres B, Staal F, Vriens M,

Keywords: biomarker, progression-free survival, gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours,

#2854 A Meta-Analysis of the Accuracy of a Neuroendocrine Tumor mRNA Genomic Biomarker (NETest) in Blood

Introduction: The lack of an accurate blood biomarker in neuroendocrine tumor (NET) disease impedes effective management.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: Oberg K

Authors: Öberg K, Califano A, Strosberg J, Ma S, Pape U,

Keywords: NETest, Meta-analysis, biomarker, in vitro diagnostic, diagnostic, management, NET, AUC, ROC,

#2849 PRRT Neuroendocrine Tumor Response Assessment Using Circulating Transcript Analysis: The NETest

Introduction: The absence of an accurate blood biomarker to predict and monitor PRRT is a key unmet need.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: Bodei L

Authors: Bodei L, Kidd M, Singh A, van der Zwan W, Severi S,

Keywords: biomarker, PRRT, prediction, NETest, PPQ, CgA, personalized medicine,

#2836 Prospective Evaluation of the NETest as a Liquid Biopsy for Gastroenteropancreatic and Bronchopulmonary Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: ENETS Center of Excellence Experience

Introduction: There is a substantial clinical unmet need for an accurate blood biomarker for neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs).

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: Malczewska A

Authors: Malczewska A, Witkowska M, Wojcik-Giertuga M, Bocian A, Walter A,

Keywords: NETest, liquid biopsy, neuroendocrine, GEP-NEN, BPNEN, CgA, biomarker,

Abstract Submissions for 2024

Abstract submissions for 2024 are now closed; all submitted abstracts are currently being reviewed by the abstract reviewing committee.

The 21st Annual ENETS Conference in 2024 provides the principal platform for NET researchers around the world to present their latest findings. ENETS will select the best abstracts submitted in both clinical and basic science and present these in sessions within the framework of its scientific programme.

Participants of the ENETS Conferences in 2023 can now access the abstract booklet, e-posters and videos, the poster carousel, and more via My ENETS.
