#3598 To investigate the clinicopathological features and prognosis of 157 patients with gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma without distant metastasis

Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are a group of heterogeneous and rare malignant tumors originating from peptidergic neurons and neuroendocrine cells. Gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma (G-NEC) belongs to type 4, which is highly malignant and has an extremely poor prognosis.
