#3177 Is surgery the only answer to G1 NF PNETs superior than 2 cm? Our experience

Introduction: It is more frequent the incidental diagnosis of small PNETs and with the actual guidelines surgery is indicated for G1 neoplasm superior to 2 cm in NF-pNet. Indeed surgical treatment is characterised by high morbidity and mortality.
