Is surgery the only answer to G1 NF PNETs superior than 2 cm? Our experience
#3177
Introduction: It is more frequent the incidental diagnosis of small PNETs and with the actual guidelines surgery is indicated for G1 neoplasm superior to 2 cm in NF-pNet. Indeed surgical treatment is characterised by high morbidity and mortality.
Aim(s): We analyse retrospectively our patients diagnosed of G1NF-PNETs.
Materials and methods: Continuous variables are expressed as mean ±SD or median and IQR. Continuous variables were compared using ANOVA's or U-test of Mann-Whitney. Ordinal and nominal variable were analysed with Chi square test or Fisher test. Statistical significance was set at P< 0.05. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 23.0.
