Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy with 177Lu oxodotreotide (LuPRRT) is a standard treatment for the management of patients with inoperable metastatic well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors of the midgut (iNET). As LuPRRT becomes widely used for a heterogeneous population of NET patients, practical predictive biomarkers are needed. Inflammation based index (IBI) derived from serum C reactive protein and albumin is associated with progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in patients with PRRT for NETs. Ga-68 DOTATOC PET/CT (DOTAPET) assessment of lesion heterogeneity was predictive for response to PRRT.

Introduction: Lu-177 DOTATATE® is a proficient systemic irradiation with heterogeneous individual consequences due to tumor burden, uptake and elimination. Current dosimetry protocols seem not accurate enough to predict efficacy or toxicity.

Introduction: Clinical trials have demonstrated the efficacy and safety of telotristat ethyl (TE) treatment in combination with somatostatin analogues (SSAs) in patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and inadequately controlled carcinoid syndrome (CS) diarrhea. The TELEACE study was designed to evaluate the real-world effectiveness of TE in US clinical practice.

Introduction: Treatment of advanced neuroendocrine tumors aims to relieve symptoms and suppress tumor growth. Primary findings from the TELEACE study suggested telotristat ethyl (TE) may reduce tumor size and impact tumor growth.

#380 Diagnosis and Management of Insulinomas in a Tertiary Referral Center: A 10-Year Review
Introduction: Insulinomas are rare tumors. There are few reports of insulinoma from India. We present a retrospective analysis of patients with insulinoma evaluated at a tertiary referral center in South India.
