#4633 Mini invasive pancreatectomy for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours: Current state of management in France

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) accounts for 2% of pancreatic tumours and their management is challenging. Surgery is the most radical treatment, but for small lesions, parenchyma sparing techniques are also used.

#3984 The contribution of functional imaging in predicting the risk of recurrence after pancreatic surgery for neuroendocrine tumors

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) are rare and heterogeneous, comprising 1 to 3% of all pancreatic neoplasms. The recurrence rate of non-metastatic pNETs varies, reaching up to 50% depending on the series, highlighting the difficulty in selecting candidates for surgery. However, there is no published data regarding the prognostic value of functional PET imaging combined with clinical and pathological characteristics.
