#3760 Comprehensive genomic and transcriptomic analysis of lung carcinoid reveals molecular differences between typical carcinoid and atypical carcinoid

Introduction: Typical carcinoids (TCs) and atypical carcinoids (ACs) are two histotypes of lung carcinoids (LCs) exhibiting different prognoses. However, the diagnosis can be difficult for small biopsies. Moreover, the differences in molecular characteristics of the two subtypes lack understanding.
